ABSTRACT

Objectives: This study explores the role of Zoafrag in treating male infertility by addressing oxidative stress and sperm DNA damage. The research conducted at Muzaffarnagar Medical College and Hospital involves an observational study with a sample size of 50, focusing on infertility treatment.

Methods: The study includes a 90-day therapy period using Zoafrag, evaluating semen parameters and DNA fragmentation before and after treatment.

Results: Significant improvements in sperm count, motility, and a decrease in DNA fragmentation index were observed after the 90-day therapy.

Conclusion: Zoafrag, with its active ingredients, demonstrates efficacy in enhancing sperm parameters and reducing DNA fragmentation, contributing to improved male reproductive health.

Keywords: Zoafrag, Coenzyme Q10, Protodioscin, Astaxanthin, infertility.

INTRODUCTION

Infertility is a multifaceted condition affecting individuals both psychologically and physiologically. According to the World Health Organization, infertility is characterized by the failure to achieve clinical pregnancy after a specified period of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. Male factor infertility, often linked to abnormal sperm parameters, necessitates thorough evaluation and understanding of contributing factors.
